THIS IS THE ONLY KNOWN RIGHT HAND DRIVE EXAMPLE.
This very rare Packard has been the subject of a full, recent and comprehensive restoration both bodily & mechanically. The engine has had a full rebuild & as a result runs beautifully & starts instantly from cold. The car was imported by the current South African Doctor owner when he moved from the UK. Having resided all its life in the warm & sunny climes of inland South Africe it is a really solid & corrosion free car.
The cream paint is in excellent condition thoughout. The brown interior is likewise in super order. The engine bay is very very tidy & well detailed. These big straight eight packard engines are a pargon of smoothness & flexibiilty making for a very pleasant & relaxed driving experience.

Ted Overton of Overton Vehicle Overhauls has recently done £7,000 pounds worth of work to the car to put it in tip top order as part of the open cheque book approach to maintenance prescribed by the current owner.
