1963 VW T1 Westfalia SO33 Camper
Vin Number: 1142211
Registration Number: 63D120003
This 1963 VW T1 Westfalia SO33 Camper completely restored to concourse condition by VW experts in The Netherlands in 2015 to original VW ‘Westfalia’ specifications. This VW German factory built SO33 unit is the rarest and most sought after with a new wooden cabinetry interior , matching new in-period upholstery and upgraded NEW 1.5cc modified classic VW rear engine.
Pop up roof section and totally restored with radio and retro accessories. Beautifully presented in a lovely livery of Cream over Grey Mouse paintwork. Like all Westfalia’s, it turns into a large flat bed in seconds with retro interior lights and drapes for privacy.
Initially built and exported to Springfield and on U.S. plates. Returning to The Netherlands in early 2015 for full restoration, then purchased by the current owner as part of a private collection in 2017. Used sparingly on selected rallies and drives beautifully and is a real head turner.
Structurally , mechanically and visually concourse grade. Fully road ready for new owners to tour in or just enjoy a fabulous picnic. Presently on Irish registration 63 D 120003.
The car is located just North of Dublin & is easily acessable from the airport or ferry.
