A ‘matching numbers’ and an early example; No. 48 of production. This car has recently arrived with us from long term Belgian ownership out of a small collection of all superb condition cars. The owners brief when buying the car 10 years ago was to source simply the finest available without regard to cost & looking at it today I can safely say he succeeded.

During restoration the front end was rebuilt to resemble the Jaguar MK IV with the separate P100 Headlamps. This modification is very attractive and unique.
The car is in really beautiful condition having seen only sparing local use during its tenure with the current owner. It is European taxes paid, but we also plan to UK register it. The paintwork is in simply beautiful condition in a deep maroon over cream; a scheme that suits the car admirably. to the interior is original sympathetically preserved leather along with brand new carpets under foot. Indicated current mileage is 91,858.
The interior of the car is an opulent place to be in true Jaguar fashion. The dash & door tops are of beautifully finished, figured burr walnut & the cabin as a whole has a real gentlemans (the old type) club feel to it. Under the bonnet the engine bay is to show standards with the fully rebuilt 2.6 Litre unit resplendent in the centre. A large sunroof slides easily open allowing for semi alfresco motoring on summers days.
This is a very driveable car & far more sporty than the equivalent offerings from either Bentley or Rolls Royce whilst also being far rarer. It is a real attention getter whever it appear eliciting smiles & thumbs up from other road users. Completely at home on modern motorways this Mark V Jaguar is simply a pleasure to drive. It comes with valid Belgian paperwork & number plates & is absolutley ready for extended use either home or abroad starting instantly from cold & providing excellent sporting performance all delivered in the utmost of comfort.
