1917 Franklin Series 9 sixcylinder air cooled tourer.

Coming to us from an estate sale. This rare Franklin tourer is euipped with a large 3.2 litre air cooled 6 cylinder engine giving very respectable perfromance for a car of this age. Franklin were famed for making aero engines in addition to cars.
The machine is in lovely order throughout, resplendent in blue & black paintwork. To the interior is nicely patinated black leather in a buttoned format. The car is tidy under the bonnet with a smaooth quiet engine & is a very easy car to drive.
Like all the cars in the garage it has been looked after without regard to expense & will make a very nice tourer for the next lucky owner.
