1990 Jaguar XJS 6.0 Litre V12 Convertible
Vin Number: SAJJNADW3DB172069
Registration: E19COB
Over £100,000 spent on a fastidious restoration. The brief was to remanufacture an XJS convertible to as new whilst upgrading the engine to 6 litres & around 400hp. This car has covered a scant 1800 miles since build & is in simply pristine condition.
The car is finished in lovely British Racing green paint with a black new mohair hood. To the interior is cream leather piped in green again in as new condition. New cream floor mats are found under foot & burr walnut to the dash board & door inserts. The engine bay is a sight to behold in mint perfect order with the tuned 6 litre V12 Lurking therein. Over £35k was spent on the engine build for which there is a photographic record of the work done.
The car ists on 4 lattice style alloy wheels in perfect condition. These in turn are shod with new tyres. A full size alloy is found in the boot along with the cars original tool kit.
Simply put this is without doubt the best XJS we have had the pleasure to handle. It is extremely fast, handles beautifully with the upgraded suspension & handling kit & is indeed a quintessential grand tourer.
